Well as things go this is a very poor showing by AH. Least when i was on mweb my gaming wasn't affected but this is terrible.
Can't play anything on the EU servers because of the lag.
 
We have managed to reduce some of the lag experienced last night. Please let us know if you are still experiencing high pings and if so, please supply the ping report.
 
Sorry, but the reduction in pings have been short lived. The network team is still working on it.

We are doing our utmost to get this resolved.
 
full speed here in cape town , last day on afrihost though :(

making sure i get the most out of it today , running at 600kbs p2p.

The problem is with MTN. Still on the local side before it goes to international. Unless I'm reading that wrong.

3 days to prove yourselves and so far you have failed badly. If its not sorted by 5pm you will have my cancellation.

Well if that is the case then its unacceptable and they have lost a customer. Browsing and international latency is terrible. If they cant get the basics right then they not the ISP for me.
