Thank you.... So are all the things that have gone wrong a result of people or the process that they have to follow?
I was in a similar situation without Internet for a month. If you want the job done right, get @AfrigirlWell all I can say is I don't understand what these guys think they are achieving with what is in place... Its totally silly... I certainly wouldn't attempt it again... The process depends heavily on the communication of 3 parties that don't or won't talk to each other.
If anyone asked me about the relocation process, once I stop laughing, my advice would be to assume the worst. I would recommend that if you have the option, order a line from a different fibre provider to what's currently activated at the new address.....
