We have support agents on call backs until 11pm tonight.

We currently have a very long support ticket queue and it might take longer than usual to get support via email.

Noted, its just frustrating. I miss the old days where there was a call desk we could call most hours of the day. :crying:

0800 011 000 is open from Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. We have dedicated staff for Accounts, Fibre and Hosting during this time manning the call centre. After hours we have callbacks until 11 pm Monday to Sunday including public holidays. The callbacks are handled by the connectivity night shift and weekend teams that assist with all queries.

You guys are lucky, my ISP only does normal weekday business hours.
Then again in the last 13yrs I've only had no internet for 1 weekend so cannot really complain :thumbsup:

I remember that weekend. Evildoers broke a manhole in Fagan St open and ripped about 200m of fibre out. We needed access to the property next to you to splice in a boundary box, but the building owner and caretaker were MIA until Monday morning.

Our support staff now answer calls until 10:00pm Monday to Friday and 10:00am to 1:00pm, Saturday and Sunday.

You and I know our fibre and wireless networks are solid, but unfortunately, the person pressing the reset button at 7:30pm on a Tuesday evening needs someone to call and shout at when their internet dies.

:thumbsup: I remember that incident, and this is why I will NEVER deviate from Cape Connect :thumbsup: Only had 1 time down since March 2011. Happy customer. Good to know the support hrs have been extended should I need it. Thank You.
