What kind of checks will be done to make sure that people are actually able to do the jobs?
One big issue is going to be people saying they can do stuff, then breaking things, then people will hold your company responsible.

Maybe like Freelancer.com, you can offer tests and profiles so that people can provide their qualifications or proof that they can do the work for the different categories.
