The concept is simply a service/app which allows residential customers to request technical support on demand in their area after hours.
My bad if the Uber analogy added confusion.
Yeah I've heard of Uber before. That particular sentence didn't make sense. Well, to me at least.
So the idea is to help/support Uber app users in my neighbourhoodOr am I once again missing something here?
Some ideas:
Since most of the residential userbase might not have a smartphone or be needing technical assistance because pc/internet/phone is bust it might be good to have a call-center booking option that uses the same interface as public users
The call-center option might add an overhead,so maybe add a 10% assisted booking fee
Also a rating system based on areas of expertise and number of resolutions might be good
Don't see much coming of this![]()
