@Jola: You can download the app to your PC from the link given in Method 2 of the Unotelly guide I posted above. Then you should be able to install it using that video or a FTV app installation guide. Let me know if you are still struggling and I'll look more carefully.

Don't know about cheapest, but stackry was easy. Also there's now the amazon fire tv stick. Worth considering if you can root it. Then again there's also Android TV.
