ok i had a bit of a scare.
I wanted to charge my Kindle before holiday. So I did, using a spare iphone charger I had that obviously outputs 5v and has a USB connector. So i plugged it in the wall and the Kindle's charge light came on.
I left it to charge for 13h and tried to use it when i got down here and it says "Critical Battery" and wants a recharge.
I thought oh great! stuff-up battery/charger problem.
Anyway, I plugged it into my USB port of my Laptop, and left the laptop on all night and now its got a 100% full battery
So I'm confused why the apple charger didnt work, it should output 5v too?? At least my Kindle is working!
