I was going through my dads old stuff in the depths of the garage, and came across this gem - an Apple II circa 1979.
This model had a 1MHz processor and 8kB of RAM.
It also has two 'Disk II' drives each with a floppy disk inside.
I grew up with this PC as a very young child, so I doubted it would still work. I dusted it off, set it up and powered it up. It worked!!
A floppy disk was in each drive, featuring 4 games each. All the games still work perfectly
Disk 1:
Falcons
Horizon V
Gobblers
Invaders
Disk2:
Choplifter
Raster Blaster
Star Blazer
Sabotage
Still surprised that both floppy disks worked decades later.
This was Apples very first mass-produced micro-computer. 34 years later, it's still working!
