Aramex global shopper

Have imported other vitamins and it did get through, after a while at port health.

I am in the same situation now, my package has been sitting at O.R Tambo Airport Office for a week now. I first phone last Thursday and have pretty much phoned every day since and every day they promise they will send me an update. I still haven't even received the customs invoice to make payment, I mean how hard is that. They outright lie to you to get you off the phone. Do you have any tips to get them moving?

My last parcel came via DHL and what a great experience that was, compared to this. And I chose the express shipping which costs a lot and then you sit with.

Edit: I see you suggested logging a case, that hasn't seemed to help so far, they just reply with the same info I can read on the tracking, which is nothing.

You just need to phone every day....

I bought a bargain of a new Xbox controller on Amazon for $35 on Sunday, delivered yesterday. Wish me luck...

That's what I am doing, everyday but still they don't seem to be doing anything.

If you bought using Amazon, don't even bother working through Aramex. Amazon has their own escalation mechanisms. The only downside is, you have to wait until the day it is late.

Unfortunately not through amazon. It is already late in terms of their 7 - 10 business days

Yeah good luck with that. I tried to get hold of someone from Aramex and gave up. When you call their number (in Cape Town), they just put the phone down. I went the Amazon route and it got resolved within 24 hours.

Guess I am going to have to keep phoning every day and hope for the best
 
My parcel left New York on the 21st but hasn't arrived in Dubai yet, they told me it would arrive in Dubai within 24 hours but every time I message them they say they either say its already arrived in Dubai or will be arriving tomorrow.

Asked them Monday they said it's with Aramex Dubai but not scanned in Dubai yet.
Asked them yesterday they said it will arrive that night.
Asked them today morning they say its in Dubai.
Asked them this afternoon they say it never even arrive in Dubai it will arrive later today.

So some reps said its there some said its not there don't know what to believe
 
Anybody have alternative to global shopper thats also pretty cheap?

Need US address with no sales tax, new york address is quite exspensive on sales tax.
 
How long does it take for parcels to reflect at the uk address? I remember the us address been slow so 1st time using the uk address.

I don't know the answer, but here is something I tested for the NY office just now.

So that was just now on the website's new "chat" feature. Try it out and you can get an answer pretty quick. I literally waited less than a minute to chat to Chad there.

Chad is a champion, very helpful in the phone too. If you are lucky to talk to him.

Bro give up. I made the mistake of using Aramex recently for non-electronics cause it was cheaper. It shipped Oct 30th with normal express Aramex. Its now Nov 25th and it still shows its stuck in customs - which is a big lie.
I've literally shipped stuff from the US after that on UPS and Fedex and it arrived already lol.

Aramex has to be the most incompetent company on the face of this earth, even home affairs is efficient by comparison.
