I order a lot from banggood and , for me at least once its showing on 17track, it's +- 10 days (however my last parcel took slightly longer).
doubt it's difficult to estimate arrival from aramex. its not the post office ...lol
 
My current experience with them is horrid. Not recording my package being delivered, incorrectly assigning it to another account and 2 weeks post delivery to their offices it is STILL not linked to my account.

Usually service is quite sharp and snappy. However this time it is plain bad.

I think something is currently off at their US based branch as well.

Exactly where the screw up happened for me. All I can do I keep following up with them.

Wonder at what point I just pull the plug and request reimbursement for a lost package on their watch.

US branch hasn't assigned my shipment to my AGS account either, it was delivered to the NY Depot on the 21/01/2021.

Called in and spoke to Taylor also got her on the chat facility on the AGS website and she says they need a signed proof of delivery. Looks like she is the only one working...

Problem is seller shipped with the USPS First-Class Package Service. A signed proof of delivery is only available for USPS Priority Mail Express Service and USPS Signature Confirmation service according to what I've found on the web.

I logged a "claim shipment" and provided the normal USPS tracking proof of delivery screen-print and email since I don't have the signed proof of delivery. Still waiting for a resolution.

To be fair this is the first time I'm experiencing an issue like this and I've used AGS for quite some time.
 
Nybox parcels arrived and shipped, eta showing Thursday. Let's see if FedEx can do it!

my camera arrived in jhb today.
so hopefully not too long....when i registered for the site i was working in PTA, now i cant change that....i logged a call and it was ignored....so lets even see if i get at to my joburg address.

Iirc how it works is they go to the original delivery address and need an instruction from that original address to get it delivered to the new address.

Atleast that's what I was told when I asked sometime last year (didn't go through with the change though).

oh my word....

I guess i gave 3 options...
1) wait and see what happens....currently my address is showing xxx xxx jhb pretoria myzip code (in jhb)
2) go to my previous work place and hang around there....lol
3) change it to my girlfriend's address in Pretoria (probably the easiest option)

i must say i find the whole thing very strange.

I missed the deal buy one get 50% off on the 2nd Oneplus 8T from USA, plus had a $200 voucher.

The deal at the moment is $70 off less $100 voucher which brings the price to $579 for the 256GB.

But the shipping and import tax will be a knock from USA to here.
