Had a parcel from USPS delivered on Tuesday night the 6th Feb to my AGS US address and still no allocation yet.
USPS last update was Delivered to Agent for Final Delivery
I even made a claim my package request

Sounds like they delivered a letter to let them know, a package is waiting at the USPS post office branch. So its technically not delivered yet to AGS.

Anyone got this before? I reached out and they said they have to check why this happened. It is just a phone and bubble wrap in a box no accessories nothing at all and now it says on hold for 21 days? They do have a copy of the invoice too.
I opened a case so they are checking.

Isn't it fine since it's in the phone?, AFAIK if the battery is included it's fine?
I haven't tried bringing a phone in with them but i had a hell fight with UK AGS over some vape mods that had no batteries in them that they assumed did & wouldn't ship them.
1st item on the prohibited list is "flammable batteries" so cross your fingers its not that.

What do they usually do if it has batteries/can't ship?
Either they charge you for disposal or they ask you to send it to another service.

Yes I did.
I think someone here mentioned that if you don't pay within a few days they change the status to confiscated.
Do they take awhile to add what's required? I got this this morning, but - when I log on via browser - there's nothing there:
If I look on the Android app - it shows an amount due of just under R300 - but - when I try pay it via the app, the credit card form has an un-editable R0.00

I am still waiting for this parcel. It has been in the country for two weeks and still not released.
Anyone seen something like this?
