Aramex global shopper

myus reviews are too scary and inspire very little confidence
I’ve used them years ago though without any issues
Placed my first order with AGS last night-
Will update the progress
 
Unless you buy Made in America boys, you'll be paying way more for the items you do import from the States.
 
I've tried multiple channels and methods and I've had no luck. Can anyone currently access aramexglobalshopper.com? I paid for a shipment on Friday after initially struggling to get in and since then it's been dead in the water.

To be clear, I've tried both the website and the app.

Use a incognito tab. It does not work the first time, keep reloading and logging in until you see your package data load.

It is barely working, just keep trying until it loads

Have a parcel that was delivered to my AGS in Florida, but can't access the portal to pay or do anything. Their support is useless.

Wonder what is causing browsers on PC to have issues. None that I have tried FF , IE , Chrome in private window (incognito) is working for me. Page loads for a bit then stops loading with white page being displayed. Seems the Android App is working but hate using it.
 
Eventually managed to get on the site with incognito
My package was received in FL on Monday = i did pre-alert them to this
If I try to claim the package - it says "Shipment with AGS tracking number has been found, please check "My Packages" tab in your profile for tracking" - its not there.
My account name and number was on the shipping address
I realise its just been 48 hours
Anything to worry about?

Website is loading now
I have my package on the app now, but not the website
Completing the customs form on the app only returns an error message
Any ideas?
 
Do you guys think shipping spices (seeds) would at all be possible?
