3 days is average to get a parcel from a depot to JHB, so don't worry yet.My parcel left the Hong Kong depo on the 28th & hasn't arrived in the country yet. This is unusual. My parcels usually arrive the following day. Should I worry or give them the benefit of the doubt assuming they are unusually busy at this time of the year?

I do nothing and the parcel always moves the next day.How long does "Held in Customs - Awaiting Customer Instructions" usually last for? Mine also has that status now and I asked them what instructions they require other than to deliver, but as per usual, I haven't received any reply.
