The South African Airways uses an unfair admittance policy for its cadet pilot development programme, which does not admit white males, trade union Solidarity said on Thursday.
Well they can always apply at Telkom...no...wait...
It never flopped.
If it's anything like Soul Plane, I'm out.
Hands Vaseline around for the white people left in SA.
The saddest thing is when the (Black )HR lady phones you tell you.
You are exactly what we want, just the wrong race. Then goes on to explain that they have filled the position 3 times already with BEE candidates but two were fired for criminal behavior and the other one for lying on his CV and not being able to do any of the work... In the las 8 months. :wtf: no I'm not making Shyte up.
Then sighs and says she is so tired of this bee Shyte and wish they would just appoint people that can do the work.
Thank you for applying but you are white.
Lovely.
Why is HR always the first position to ''transform''?
You never heard of Apartheid job reservation and exclusions?I have never ever in my life seen and neither contemplated such fear by any nation of the whitey that their offspring have to be outrightly blocked from equity and competition in real life!

I'd rather have a black pilot fly me on a Kulula or British Airways flight thank you very much.
I cannot trust an operator who selects their pilots based on race instead of merit and skill.
We don't need taxi drivers in the air.
But SAA have being doing it since their first flight. No difference to the politics of SAA today than when it got founded in 1934.
