mweb subscribers seem to be getting way better service for a similar price. This is really poor.
 
Then companies shouldn't advertise something that they can not deliver!
 
not a lot of ppl go fer the mweb service coz u get an blocked modem from them.
 
GUYS STAY AWAY! This is extremely slow! Its not just shaped its so slow that its unusable. Your money is best @ Mweb
 
nope your line must be with then and they send u and blocked modem unless they changed it again... was like this on monday still.

Incorrect. You can use a Telkom Line, from Telkom and get Data Only and use your own router. You're under no obligation to get a router from them, nor are you under any obligation to get your line from them either. The spread of misinformation stops here.

You are 100% correct. Even if you do elect to move your line (and reap the savings) you do not need to get the router from them, you can use your own.
 
hmm would've been nice if Axxess or IS stepped up their game and brought in a rep to answer some questions in regarding to poor service delivery and the likes.

yes, mweb is definitely also ahead of the game in that department
 
The only thing IS can do correct are giving Crap service... that why i stay away from any type of account the give out for selling...
 
I will that is if they ever bother to answer their own phones! I swear if this is like this tomorrow I am cancelling and they can take their 30day notice and shove it!
 
hmmm mweb here I come. I wonder if I cancel my axxess account tomorrow morning if they'll refund me.
 
They asked me to change my DNS servers to Google's! FFS do they think I am an idiot??? Strange my Axxess 626 account is running fine.

what would the purpose of that be? So they don't acknowledge any fault? Is this just business as usual?
 
i'm trying very hard to like Axxess... I've signed up lastnight for that R1 deal and then R469 for the 4mb uncapped... account don't work, no reply from their support since this morning 6 / 7 am, and its been 20 minutes holding on the phone waiting for them to answer!... not impressed!
