Bandwidth Usage seems higher than usual?

They could have handled this is a whole different manner.
e.g.
Hey customer we are discontinuing your VAS, we realize that this a big step so for the same cost you can have 100G to use during midnight to 8pm or you may cancel your contract with immediate effect.

Had they done this then I would probably have stayed, the manner in which I was treated has left me with a sour taste and a cancelled contract. I have now gone a different route which will cost me double of what I was paying.

It all started earlier this month when iBurst stopped sending Usage emails and their website usage reports were not working for quite a while.

Early Friday morning the Website usage report started "working" again and the figures are still totally messed up.

No Anytime Data carried over although I know there was +- 20 GB of data due to be carried over.

I have been on Uncapped anytime VAS for ages and also upgraded my "Normal" anytime data later to Max 25+.
According to the latest web usage report it has deducted a lot of data (+-16GB) from Midnight to Morning Used. That should not happen with Uncapped anytime VAS. It has never happened in the past.
PS - I also signed up originally for "Midnight to Morning" VAS even if that's not what it was being called on the bills.

When I signed up for "Midnight to Morning" VAS/Uncapped anytime VAS there was a clear stipulation that any data used from 12PM until 8AM would not be deducted off my cap and that I could download at full speed as long as I had not exceed my Anytime data limit.

I have raised this issue in 3 different threads in the comments, but still no response from iBurst.
Could iBurst please respond as a matter of urgency? (My 3rd request on this matter.)
This is an important matter to a lot of customers.

I have tried to be patient, but it is running out very quickly.

During rollover from end April to start May I had something like 5gig credit, got my 5gig for the month and immediately 4.1gig was 'used' according to the daily usage email. I got the usage logs for the period and there is no excessive usage. Complaint number 1024930.
Their expert: We are busy investigating but you are right as the 2 usage reports do not correlate

Peter told me there had been a lot of others complaining.

Every time I contact them I am told they are still investigating.

Yeah they "told" us, in private messages and over the telephone. nowhere is there a public acknowledgement.

Despite all the assurances from iBurst re. Crediting us for their unilateral cancellation of the uncapped Midnight to Morning VAS (which happened at the beginning of April) and that we would be credited for it, I just checked my iBurst invoices & credit notes.
I was billed (and debit order deducted) for April and May 2015 for this service.

There is only ONE credit note dated 2015-05-08 with the following description: Uncapped Anytime - Subs for 01/06 - 30/B5936867

What about April and May???

I am sorry this is simply not on. Give me my money back now!!!

I'm glad you did, but it did not happen in my case.

Amazing my account was actually cancelled as requested. Now to get the money back for the April/May VAS.
