Im getting the Exact same error!
Looks like Dice Put in an error system to state that its the ISP's fault

Yes I think so... So sick of this, I havn't been able to play for 2 days now because of this error... They need to sort their **** out or get sued for false advertising and incompitence

Guys, hope I don't curse it for myself. My BF seems to be working now and the pings are good for the local servers. Only one issue, when I'm done with one map and it's set to rotate to the next it bombs out and says "Client Closed down Connection." Otherwise, seems to be working fine. Maybe send an individual complaint???

Hi All

I have no issues with my LTE on any other game, and you name it i have the online game, but BF4 is not working. If i am lucky i can join a server and when the map changes it kicks me off. I am 100 meters from the LTE tower, i get 100% signal, ping of 20-50ms. i get 45mb/s download and 5mb/s upload. There is absolutely no jitter, LTE is the future of gaming so get use to it quick, Telkom is going to change their DSLAMS to LTE, because they cant afford replacing stolen cables.

I am a Telco support engineer at a large ISP, so i am not stupid if it comes to Networks, this BF4 issue is a telKom mobile issue, and i think their engineers don't have a clue what to do to fix it.

I have to change to my Vodacom HSDPA to play BF4, the other 100 games i can play on LTE. I have to pay R700 for LTE and now have to pay R10000000000000 for my vodacom DATA.

Please telkom fix this or i will log 10 000 calls a day for slow response :p

PS. We all need to do this http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-uo-trace/ and spam Telkom until they can fix it. The international vendors usually do this: ISP needs to set the ping on the connection to idle. There are also other solutions, but we need to start sending through requests!

I wish Mybroadband can place an article about this on the front page. Telkom is clearly not taking this serious. Let's keep this thread on top of the list.

Logged a call last night but I was placed on hold until forever and I decided to hang up. When I did speak to a technician last year December the guy had no clue how to fix this. This matter must go higher up.

I just bought the game only to find this problem:( i really hope it works with the tests! playing on international servers is slow:(

Funny story. I created this thread but was not contacted for testing. But I am glad something is being done.. Its all about priorities. anyways keep us updated..
