Please for heaven sake can it honestly be such a big deal. ALL OTHER NETWORKS INCLUDING VIRGIN MOBILE WORKS 100%.

What the hell is going on?
 
Can we have some feedback please. It's been over 2 months and the issue is still not fixed.
 
No nothing yet. Telkom mobile/8ta just dont care it seems and the telkom rep is kinda useless. after many of us have sent him all the relevant info nothing has happened about this obvious problem on their side. I recon it could be as easy as forwarding a few ports for us...

Lets hope the Telkom Rep reads this and wants to be better at his job....
 
Telkom Rep do not reply when there is no solution. With this extra equipment for intercepting our communication to satisfy legal requirements, there is additional burden of dealing with issue, they have to upgrade spying software, I think.
 
This was the reply I got today. So we have been looking at the same problem for 3 months now ; /

I guess telkom dont really care. Kevin do you know the CEO or anyone that can take this easy fixable mater futher? This telkom rep is useless..

HSPA+ technology was never designed for online gaming, and no serious online gamer will ever use it as their weapon of choice.

But you are so desperate (cos TM 3G is cheap) that you demand TM to get it to work like an ADSL connection.

If you want to play online gaming, get an ADSL line.

We did not create this thread for pings being bad.. we are all happy with our pings, the problem in question here is that some servers in the Battlefield 4 multilayer menu do not show pings next to them and as a result we cant connect to them,

The servers that do show a ping are perfect in every way. but they are in the minority .. A simple port forward or routing table needs to be modified. is all..

Hi everyone. I have been using 8ta mobile data for a while now. Battlefield 3 , 4 and black ops and seem to be working perfectly for ps3. I am based in Polokwane and reception seems to be excellent.
