Best ISP for International Latency?

Hi everybody, I'm on the verge of having my Telkom Fibre installed this week and I'm looking to take advantage of the lowered latency. I play a lot of Dota 2 on European and SEA servers and I was wondering which ISP could give me the best international latency in Johannesburg? I used to get about 190ms on my ADSL with Afrihost but now I hover at about 220ms with them.

Any help would be much appreciated

I'm guessing that's to EU. Do you know what kind of pings you get to South East Asia? Singapore more specifically. I've found that SEA pings can be the best for me.

Between Telkom, Afrihost and VOX.

I find VOX gives the lowest latency to europe gaming servers.
