Raru is not doing themselves any favours.
Seems like they have adopted some sort of drop shipping business model. We know that global supply chains still have not recovered post Covid lockdowns, so it is impossible to commit on any delivery dates when you make use of bulk freight to bring stuff into SA.
I have bought a ton of stuff from them in the past, including quite expensive guitars as they have variety of musical instruments on their site and I have never had an issue. I won't touch them now though.
If they want to survive as a business, they will have to issue a statement explaining why people are not getting their orders and what they are doing to fix it. Keeping quiet is just infuriating loyal clients and, if they do manage to sort the issues out in future, it is going to a massive hill to climb to get the clients back again.
