Would be funny if some female forumite started a blind date thread at the same time as u.:)
 
Alf not everyone is like you, most men get nervous when going on a blind date not sure why that seems funny to you but anyhow.

Anyways GL lino lets us know how it goes. Remember akward silence is very bad, don't sit there in silence.

Because I see it as just meeting someone new, and not an interview for a life partner.
And I don't go in with too many expectations.
If it happens, it happens...

Anyway Lino, don't talk about your ex the whole night. Very bad.

1) akward silences DO happen, and it's normal - just don't let it go tooo loong...
(i think there is a stat, that there is a short silence about every 7 mins or something...IIRC)

2) Clean the pipes.

Awkward moments you mean keeper, awkward silence for 2 long is horrible for both parties, o yes get a lil liquored up most men cannot shut up from number 2 :p, cleaning the pipes is always good just keep track of the ejaculate :p
 
We should have reminded Linoman about the movie "There's something about Mary"...the way the guy (Ben Stiller) prepared for his blind date...remember the HAIR! :D
