Browse the internet via Notepad

True, but you use Notepad (in this case) to get to the Help function. ;)

How exactly do you do it with Windows Explorer? The only help option I get is to open the Help and Support Centre, not the help function itself...

Don't open anything... just type an address in the address bar lol

In your case it does lol... I run firefox and can browse in explorer...

Interesting, it does the same thing (albeit that it opens Internet Explorer) on the fresh install of Windows XP (with Service Pack 3) that I have installed on another computer. I'll investigate this further.

But it's a good alternative as well ;)
