Burger King Review

I did not see the burger, as he went home and ate it there. He would not lie. If I judge the quality of the onion rings and the cheesy nuggets, well, I would not be surprised at all. It was really a big let down, after all the wait.

Not saying he was lying about the bun (just that he is mistaken, the rolls are toasted http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=50548 ). With the volumes they doing, one thing you can be guaranteed of is fresh produce!!

The guy in front of me who also asked for a job discussed the freshness with the manager. He clearly had experience in fast food lol. Apparently everything is prepared fresh. they start at 4am every day to get things ready

Well maybe he thought the toasted was stale I don't know. But my food was not the best I have ever had unfortunately. I am glad other people had better experiences.

If so, a big thing is coming. Steers and the others gotta shape up, or ship out.

I guess it's a case of managing expectations. Not everyone has a palate for what is essentially mass produced junk food.

Yea I could of saved you the disappointment, there are better burgers to be had in Cape Town.. And with BACON!

Yes, that is true. I at least expected HOT onion rings, and HOT nuggets, not ice cold frumpled up stuff.

Please don't tell me Royale Eatery. Their burgers and fries are just as *****ty. Oil drenched fries, and a burger so dry you have to down a can of coke to get it down your throat. Best burgers for me is Gibsons / Hudsons and The Dog's Bollocks.

Gibsons are ok, but even Spur or steers can be as good as burger king, personally I prefer spur onion rings.

I had a burger the other day at San Marco in the Waterfront - it was actually quite delicious!!

I find Hudson's really disappointing. Chips are nice but the burgers... Often soggy and not cooked through

hmmmm, im stuffed had an extra long chilli cheese with onion rings and chilli cheese nuggets ... man that hit the spot.
had the dbl whopper but it was kinda dry for me think i should add cheese like tim did, must say much tastier than
mcd's.

Lol that's called juicy :D Their chips and onion rings omg! With that mustard mayo they give - heaven!

Tweet them, they normally pretty good with replying...

Yeah. but they're pretty vague most of the time. I've noticed we get a more accurate result from non employees :D
But I'll do that, thanks

** Just checked twitter, about an hours wait. But what can you expect at lunch time.
