The thing is Im not doing half measures here, Im a trained creative director and only want the best. So thats why I need a food stylist on board. someone that knows the bacon hairspray technique or whatever. The original shots should be the best, from there on out I don't mind the instagram low cost approach. Im not aiming for the hipster brand here, that may be my customer, but its not my vision from the brand.

If you hire a food stylist, you will also need to hire a photographer. There are some fantastic food bloggers who do both. Their blogs serve as their portfolios. I want to know what the bacon hairspray technique is. Sounds ominous. Check out my bacon's fro.

Dude what about a Wagyu (Kobe) beef burger (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kobe_beef). I know where you can get SA produced mince, PM if you keen.

Oh hell no, just better shots that what I can do. I need stunning hires photos for the festivals and markets, I can't have stock sitting on the table for people to see, so I need pictures

Ive thought about it, Dukes does it and Im not convinced, not yet.

Im busy with a Korean style burger and hitting a few road blocks but Ill figure it out. Maybe the Wagyu will work there

The bacon hairspray tech essentially makes the food seem freshly cooked by giving it a juicy, glisten.

So far no. The taste does not compliment the beef. I'm still searching for an option

That being said I'm trying the veggie burger with a whole wheat bun
