Buying a TV - Help with choice

Hi,

Looking to get myself a new TV. I have a budget of about 15k. I have read and seen alot about ULED /QLED and OLED.
Looking for recommendations on what to get that would give me the best viewing picture quality for movies and gaming. OLED I am priced out. Whats the difference with ULED vs QLED? or is there anything else that I should be considering?

ULED is a Hisense Model name

QLED is a Samsung Model name

Both have VA panels, Quantum Dot.

But the Samsung model has a 10 bit panel while Hisense uses a 8 bit + FRC panel.

Though at that price point and the fact the TV's are probably under 1000nits it won't really make that much of a difference?
 
Go Hisense. 4 year warranty vs 2 years from other brands, produced in Atlantis, parts readily available, offices in CPT and JHB.

Netflix, showmax, dstvnow, appstore.

LG = 3 years.

Why do you need parts to be readily available? Are you saying it breaks often?

Remotes, footstands, these things wear and tear over a while, especially with a dog/children in the house.

Weird pretty sure my OLED had a 3-year warranty on but also no see the website says 2-years only.

Maybe it's changed.

What most people don't know is that if they paid with their credit cards for their TV's they have a warranty extension of 2 years anyway so no need to buy an aftermarket one.

Doesn't apply on HiSense and the like with super long warranties, but amounts to much the same.
