After upgrading to Windows 10, my Canon MF4140 Printer can still print but cannot scan. I have downloaded scan from the Microsoft store to use with the same printer still nothing. When previewing, it only shows half a document. When using MF Toolbox 4.9, it does not work at all. Can someone please assist, appreciated with thanks.
