Volvo XC90: R140 000 cash back or -4% linked interest rate
The Volvo XC90 is one of the most acclaimed vehicles on the market right now and really kick-started the revival of the iconic Swedish brand. It is the only vehicle that has won its category in every iteration of the Cars.co.za Consumer Awards – Powered by WesBank, with three category wins in a row in the Premium SUV segment.
With a R120 000 cash back deal, the big Swede, which typically starts at just over R940 000 for the D4 Momentum, suddenly becomes even more appealing as that saving puts it up against some significantly smaller products. The spacious, superbly-built XC90 features one of the best cabins in the business and can be specced with several highly desirable options.
Mitsubishi ASX: Save up to R55 000
As one of the first compact crossovers on the local market, the ASX is not exactly a new car, but with constant updates Mitsubishi has ensured that it still carries appeal. That appeal is significantly boosted when you add a saving of up to R55 000 to the deal.
Savings are available on most ASX derivatives, including the base GL Automatic (actually a CVT) on which there is a R50 000 reduction. When you apply the R55 000 discount currently offered on the GLS model (with Rockford Fosgate audio system), it suddenly looks like a very tempting buy, given the ASX GLS' already high specification and rock-solid build quality.
Nissan NP300 Hardbody 2.0 Single-Cab Base: Save more than R30 000
If you're looking for a well-priced workhorse that can carry a hefty load, day after day, look no further than this trusty Nissan. If you finance this deal through Nissan Finance, you are in line for a significant saving, which brings the trusted Nissan's pricing in line with several Chinese or Indian brands' offerings.
