I have full signal but cannot browse the web or get onto the net at all. Why? Is it possible that the sim got damaged whilst cutting it into a nanosim for my ipad? It did work previously but not any longer
I'll be cancelling my CellC data products. I've tried support and no joy, they just don't seem to care. So I'm taking my business elsewhere and buying more Afrihost mobile.
In addition, I'm checking out Vodacom for voice service as I'm on month-to-month with CellC. When will providers realise that retaining existing customers is just as important as getting new ones? Rands are Rands.
Thanks for the update. Unfortunately, Mos Eisley is outside of Cell-C's coverage area.

Any other information relevant to the problem: No data through put although connected with full 3G signal. Colleagues on Cell C is having the same problem in the Bedfordview area.
