Just tried speed test now 2 hours later and it is much better. I really hope they fixed there tower

I'm actually using MDMA and when I lock it on "3G only" I get a good RSSI (~-73) and can connect, but no internet - when I then lock it on "GPRS?EDGE only" I get painfully slow internet - When I select "3G preferred" it defaults to 3G and is connected but no internet - I have tried another modem as well - The problem must be at the tower and Cell C has admitted as much, but doesn't seem to want to fix it, even after I reported it about two weeks ago - there is also another person on this forum using the same tower with the same problem :-(

Maybe a stupid question, but how do you select UMTS/3G on the dashboard? Mine does not give me that option, just greyed out.
