Got my phone delivered on Monday this week - had awesome service all the way through! No hassles! Big up to Cell C!

Just got myself one on the 'limited to 1000' straight up 200 deal

I just signed up for the iPhone5 16gb deal today. Was told to expect delivery +-15 working days! Are there going to be more shipments made this year? Or will deliveries only start again next year? I know it's a shot in the dark asking here but the people you chat to on the phone when signing the contract aren't the most clued up bunch!

Phone was delivered on Monday... but in white even though we requested a black. Waiting for Cell C to call back regarding a swap out.

They did mention to me that colour cannot be guaranteed.

Just called now, they have captured the app, so just need to wait.

iPhone 5 went on sale in China and they sold a couple of million phones. South Africa where they only need about 20 thousand phones and no one has stock.

This is the distributors fault and none of any SA network.The distributors name is Core Group

I got my phone on the 24th... just in time for XMAS... however... my number is still not transferred or ported or whatever they call it from my cellc prepaid sim (ex Vodacom contract) to the new Iphone contract... and I'm getting the run around from the call center as it seems someone has to listen to the original sales call when I signed up on the 14th of Dec.

So recommendation people - MAKE sure that the sales person you speak to, does ALL of the necessary things when you sign up or you'll go through what I'm going through now...

I'm just a little attached to my number of 13years... or i would have said stuff it and start fresh

Am pleased to say that the number was swapped yesterday at around 10:05. Spoke with the cell c agent now...

I switched on my phone with new simcard now and got all of my discovery purchase sms's from yesterday come streaming in.... not a nice start to the day. BUT Thanks for sorting this out... and im A for AWAY with my iphone

I got a call today saying that I should expect it anytime after the 7th. Did the app last week sometime.

Haven't been able to get an answer from Cellc Direct.

Are we able to get this deal on an existing cellc no? I'm on a month to month contract.

Will they honor the deal if we do an application now as there is no stock? They wont take my application over the phone.

So whats going on with this? I signed the contract on Friday and the Cellc store didnt have stock. Now the guy at the store cannot guarantee me I will get the special as he doesnt know how many units have been sold nation wide. He also has no idea when they will get stock. So frustrating, feel like signing with someone else.

Still havent got my phone. The told me last week they got the phone but dont have stock of the nano sim. I go on holiday on Friday, if I dont get it by then I am cancelling the contract.
