Hi There,
Pretty much new to mybroadband.co.za forums and this is my first post. So here goes
I am looking for advice. since we have much choice of where who we want to signup with on the mobile ISP and 4G spectrum being the big players etc. I would like to find out from the community in the JHB area and who spend adequate amount of time on mobile calls and data as to who they would choose as their SP.
My issues are as follows:
I have a concern about being on Vodacom, yes they are the largest user base in SA and potentially the largest cover (based on marketing 101), however due to my experiences with the large corporates, I find their MTTR (mean time to resolve) can be exceptionally painful and slow and sometimes don't even get it right.
I know this opens up a huge can of worms as this is based on perception but what I am looking for is justification to stay. Why not use other SP's?
I was on Cell C for a couple of years and hated the call drops etc and moved back to Vodacom and been with them since. but things have changed since 2012 and maybe a new fresh look on who/what and whys may shed some light not just to me but to others as well.
Thoughts?

My issues are as follows:
- Data Consumption and charges (in and out of bundles)
- Mobile Signal Coverage
- Voice bundles
- Post-sales Service
