I need a little advice, I recently bought 2 laptops from Esquire for R6999, literally the next day they sent out specials listing the same laptops at R5699, F************************DGE.

The thing is the special was for JHB and CT only, and im in Durban, still I feel a little bum saw. Is there nothing I can do to take advantage of the R1300 savings? Any CPA rules apply? it would be a big help.

Strange, the ad has changed to reflect R6999, maybe it was a miss print.

Pretty sure if you bought from esquire, you will not be classed as a "consumer" anymore (well, not in that instance)...

Well they did nothing wrong because you bought it before the sale.

Sometimes that's luck. BTW doubt CPA covers that.

Unlucky, but you can't do anything about it except enjoy you'r laptops.

I don't see the issue. Just a case of bad luck really and secondly as you said the special did not apply to DBN anyway.

When you buy from esquire you buy from a supplier not retail.

The CPA covers retail buying not supplier buying....
