Problem notebook stops charging, unplug charger and plug back in charge for a short while
Notebook shows charging and just stops, on your charging icon it goes left\right and just stop. Then I unplug charger and plug it back in then it does the same....
So I have question? So what if I want to upgrade memory or SSD drive. Am I still not allowed to do it?
That's normal Windows behaviour. The charging icon does not move all the time while chargingNotebook shows charging and just stops, on your charging icon it goes left\right and just stop. Then I unplug charger and plug it back in then it does the same....
Have you checked that the laptop isn't set to use battery health charging? https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1032726/Mmmmm what I mean is that the charging will only stay on 60% or 40% .....
Dude, if you physically opened the notebook you have no, NO, recourse. Your warranty is void. They have the physical proof you did so according to the report you pushed through. So my plan is to reload Windows 10 Home on it and all drivers. And see if the notebook battery charges. Then maybe I can take it back to the supplier....
I have an Asus G75VX that I bought off Amazon.de. I ordered a US keyboard for the laptop through the Asus site, and it arrived in JHB. I was going there on business and tried to fetch the keyboard. They explicitly told me on the phone that they would install it, which they did. Warranty intact. So I have question? So what if I want to upgrade memory or SSD drive. Am I still not allowed to do it?
Then the drivers you installed with your image is not the right ones, those drivermax type services don't actually get the right drivers, why did you need to open the laptop up just to format or load your own OS?Ok I have loaded Windows Home and drivers works perfectly...Notebook is fine and faster
Maybe try a different charger...So my plan is to reload Windows 10 Home on it and all drivers. And see if the notebook battery charges. Then maybe I can take it back to the supplier....
