So it looks like it is the transformer and not the modem. Just used the transformer from my Lamp and it started up fine.

Both transformers are 100-240v 50/60Hz
However my lamp one says Outout DC 12V while the one which came with the Mikrotik device says output 24V.

Is there any harm using the lamp one while I try get a replacement for the broken one?

Edit: I see the manual says it accepts 8-30v DC so I assume it is fine?

Yes it will be fine.

Yeah would be fine sorry for the delay in response.

Is there a way to check detailed data usage? I can't login to the IS user stats site with my CISP details like I could with CW, and the CISP portal only seems to offer total usage for the billing period as far as I can tell.

Also, shouldn't I have received a free router by now?

We don't focus on IP accounting of every user, why would you need to know your usage?

You can do so from your router if you need the stats though? You can mail [email protected] asking about router delivery, and escalate to me if you don't come right :)

It's nothing important - just wondering if the facility is available in the event that it would prove useful. Just having totals for download and upload is fine.

And thanks, just sent an email. Do you know what router model you guys send out?

TP-Link WR840N.

And you should be able to login to https://userstats.adsl.saix.net/ with your PPPoE Details, in theory. Not guaranteed to work though.

Hi PBCool,

How long does it normally take to get the VOIP phone - I ordered mine online precisely a week ago and paid, and it showed that the the service is active, but I have not received the device? Do I have to come and collect it myself, or how long does it normally take to courier as 7 days feels a bit long? I logged a ticket to follow up yesterday early morning, but have not received any feedback yet.

Regards

International is down for me. Happened about 20 minutes ago.

Exchange congestion + cisp issues. Not a single good day on openserve's network.

Yup international to specific routes are down. I can access my servers in Newyork but not california.

Using VPN to my newyork servers is resolving it for me for the time being.
