Once you place the order with CISP, they ship your router.

Check your latency to your WAN gateway, this is on Vumatels network before it reaches us.

I don't think the tiks TCP window scales on bwtest, this is why your single threaded tests are what they are. And is why multiple threads increase your throughput. Try doing a download from the server on http for instance.Ok vumatel CPE/has been sorted out the packet-loss/Twitch issue guess it was damaged SFP module. Thanks for that.
Now however I still have TCP traffic issues being, I want to say shaped but....I know you guys do not actively shape, but well its limited I'm hitting 1~1.4MB/s with current client I'm using, however using mikrotik bandwidth tests to a 10gb connection, I'm getting 2.5Mbps or (approx 312KB/s)? with;

Am I being dumb here or something I'm not understanding? or is this normal?

You are using the windows app vs the tik itself.
From their tik using a single thread? Do you have a screenshot?fair enough, when on default 20 connections it will hit something like 45/50mbps which is acceptable.
Had someone else do the same download and hit full 50mbps line speed.
any explanation regarding this?

Ah, I thought you were talking about the endpoint, not the client. Either way, works fine so @Neet try with the Windows client and let us know.
