That is a local test, was over wifi but no bottleneck there, getting 260Mbps on speed test to my AP on wifisweetspot app.
Run the test with a cable if you can anyway.
 
Just ran some tests now again over wifi and back to normal, something was definitely up for around 30min.

If the results are not over cable then I would still say it is more than likely your wireless being the culprit of having the inconsistent medium.

@PBCool I have a client who I’m trying to convince to move to you guys and he’s just about convinced.
They’re on Vuma Aerial in Athol and keep having to reboot their router to get connectivity.
Their ISP keeps telling them to reboot and that all is ok on their end...

If I get their AP to ping a site, it says timed out despite the device having some internet connectivity (well showing that its online within my cloud hosted controller).
After a reboot, this seems to go away but only for a few hours.

Any idea where the fault could be?

Either hardware or ISP related by the sounds of it, if you can access the device onsite there must be some form of connectivity. What router are they using?

It’s some D link entry level device which was supplied by the ISP.

Is a bit tricky trying to give you advice on resolving another ISPs customers issues :), but without having access etc myself I wouldn't be able to tell you.

Lol, my fibre been down since this morning and only noticed when the Octotel guy knocked on my door now.

My ADSL failover maybe working a bit too well :D
