Seems like guys on vox is ok at the moment.Does anyone know if customers on Vuma Aerial with other ISP’s are having the same problem or is it only with CISP clients?
Aaaand I am up and running!
After a 43 minute round robin with TTConnect, CI and myself, the CPE is finally configured and working, apparently never configured in the first place.
Thanks Bheki for the help. This was the second 45 minute call for the day, the first one resolved nothing on the TTC side.
Thanks PBCool for the effort your staff put into this, now please request a credit from TTC for the period 23 Feb to today, as I have paid for a service I had no access to, thanks to TTC.
Its started again on my side. Pathetic.
I am so glad I'm not with Vuma aerial. It seems like 80% of the complaints in this thread are from Vuma aerial users. Can just imagine how frustrating it must be both for CISP and users.
Hope Vuma sorts out their issues.
Yeap same loop we are seeing on the aerial network, we are arranging a technical discussion with their senior guys tomorrow to find out what the cause is.
So we can expect this to continue for the whole night tonight?
Nope it should be resolved for now.
I agree, TTC are hopeless, my problem is also ongoing since the 1st. Only persistance helps. You lucky, took me 7 days of TT Connect giving me the run around and finally they tell me the port needed to be setup again as it was never setup correctly.
TT Connect, rarely phones back and their support office is neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeever available. And being put on hold is another story.

My fibre line finally got back up a little while ago. Jesus what a load of crap. Thanks guys for sorting it out.
