So no packet loss in that MTR to your destination, what is leading you to believe you have packet loss on your service?|------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|

Not sure what it is at this point, which games? Ideally we need to get IPs of the servers you are gaming on and narrow down where the loss is happening. The fact that I'm lagging in all my games and they're reporting packet loss. But let me guess, Its my fault? Or its my router?

Yeah so servers are probably hosted on Mwebs network and all our outbound MWEB traffic was routing via Durban's DINX which is probably what was causing it. So have disabled that peer for the time being until we can chat to the MWEB guys to resolve routing symmetry. In CS:GO and in Overwatch. Both games same issue!
Any form of single threaded upload to EU is horrible at the moment.

On a side note, using NetLimiter i can see the multithreaded connections to speedtest.net and i can see individule upload threads reaching as far as 4MB/s (32 mbps)
Second side note, All these test were preformed very much outside of "peak" time... So this in effect shows best possible case, if during peak i can't even hold a stable speed to my AWS instances from around 7pm to 9:30pm.
This is only to AWS services? It would be using our direct connect in Johannesburg, I'm going to filter it out for Cape Town customers today if all goes well, until we get a direct connect in Cape Town as well.
No nothing that's fine, I am just asking if it's only AWS you are having issues with? The two AWS instances are EC2 instances.

Not too sure if there is anything i can do on my side to show you guys more?
P.S It was working just perfectly around 3 weeks ago, so not sure what changed or what the issue might be now

well testmy.net tests show otherwise. as well as most other single threaded applications going through to Europe. So to be honest i would say anything going EU im having issues with.
Here is an Iperf to my server sitting in leaseweb data centers in amsterdam:

And here is an iperf between the above server and one of my AWS instances:

So not a server issue at all. Would really like a fix on why these connections are so bad for me. And not the typical TCP over higher latency thing, because it has been perfectly fine 2-3 weeks ago :/ also that would reason that what i said in my previous post about speedtest.net single threads hitting 4MB/s is impossible...
