Cool Ideas Fibre ISP - Feedback

Octotel, Kenilworth. Also dead even though the lights are on.
 
Have also logged a fault with cool ideas. Waiting on a confirmation mail their side. No phone support at all is a bit frustrating.

Ya. Got off the phone with the support lady. They are aware of the issue and have logged the fault with Octotel. I seriously hope this doesn't take the 24-48 hours she said it might take to resolve though. I was planning on having a nice relaxing weekend at home :/

Considering the apparent scale of this outage... It better not take 24-48 hours to resolve.
 
My Octotel internet is back online and it looks like I'm finally getting good throughput to London again:

Maybe the downtime was maintenance? I'm going to hold thumbs its going to stay like this through peak time.
 
Looks like Octotel don't have dual PSU kit at Teraco as we lost their network at the same time Teraco was doing maintenance on the B feed.
