His AWS traceroutes look odd. The JHB hops respond back at 80ms. Which also increases the rest of the international path there.Wait so it's only AWS related sites?

I was having problems accessing www.absa.co.za earlier (hosted on AWS), then got told by support to change my DNS configuration to point to 8.8.8.8, then it worked, but now it is working on and off. I also cannot access Netflix at all - I just get ERR_TIMED_OUT in Chrome. Not a great first day with Cool Ideas

Glad to see it's not just me. Everything is normal when testing other isp accounts so what ever is happening in Cape Town is on CI.
