Which fibre network?

Octotel, but things seemed to be back to normal this morning. Might have also been a WIFI issue as speeds seemed to be better on the 5ghz range. Will double check when I get home this evening.

Always test with a cabled device to confirm if it's a line or wireless issue :)

@PBCool so your "sign-up now at Comicon & get your 1st month FREE" promotion
Actually means get 12 days free ???

Signed up at Comicon on Sunday, line activated today and received a bill for the remainder of the month.
Inquired, turns out, I wont be getting a free month but will be getting 12 days free.

Could you please explain?

Am I the only one having Twitch issues?

Nothing above 360p is smooth, everything else buffers. Sometimes even 360p buffers and Auto goes down to 144p. No matter which stream or VOD or anything, everything is just bad. It sucks paying for a 100Mb line and be forced to watch a stream in 360p if I'm lucky.

It's definitely not Twitch, because if it gets bad, I switch to a mobile connection and I can stream in source 1080p without a problem (but it gets super expensive)

No problems here, all streams I watch are at there source resolution.

Which fibre network and area?

Hi PBCool
I am on MFN ISP @ Carlswald Area
I am getting horrible international speeds at peak time 7-10PM
Last time this happened I saw people from PBCool also complaining and the Maintenance MFN did also fixed my problems but it seems the problem is back again
Is my issues related to MFN ISP or MFN Fiber Backbone
and If it is ISP how can I switch from MFN to PBCool

No Twitch issues here either.

Try using the "Alternate Player for Twitch" Chrome addon:

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/...r-twit/bhplkbgoehhhddaoolmakpocnenplmhf?hl=en

It's available on Edge and Firefox too (there I think it's still referred to as the Twitch 5 player, only Chrome had the name change). Try using that and report back. There is also another alternative, which requires a bit more setup. Been using it for more than a year since ADSL, and still rocking it with fibre, no issues.

Thank the heavens that I turned that TT tech away that day when Vuma came to install.

PBCool, after all the tests and things the last couple of weeks, I can safely say that everything is looking very stable, I haven't had any issues since you gave me an update the last time. I am also going to be upgrading my account at the end of the month . Should I send that test router back to you guys?
