International routes from Cape Town are still dropping packets - so not sure if that is fixed?

Some AWS servers are using SACS routing atm, I was able to use it on fortnite this morning to play on brazil. However, it doesn't always pick a server that uses SACS routing from when i tested it.

Combination of things, HE has two routes to SA for their services, one via WACS and the other via Eassy. They were moving our traffic via their Eassy capacity (as their WACS capacity is down) instead of via our service in London. So we had to manually drop and restart sessions to stop this from happening, which is very abnormal.
