Yup I have been seeing drops in international going sporadically down for short 1 minute periods the last few days. Will keep monitoring to see if it improves.

We are currently experiencing problems with international traffic.

Our technnicians are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, currently no ETR.

here we go again...this is becoming daily occurrence...if its not slow international speeds then there is no international connection at all. "Cool Ideas the best local ISP for local connection only"

@PBCool I'm in weltevredenpark if that matters and have an odd problem. I can goto www.slack.com and see the website but when I login (which works) slack times out trying to get messages. Same issue with the windows app, the linux app and my tablet, but I can login and read / post without a problem using my phone (which is connected via 4G). So anything going over cool ideas fiber gets this problem, but only with slack as far as I can tell.

This is the 3rd time I've had this problem in the last week and always around this time of day. Any ideas ?

Looking at the network traffic using firefox debugger, the problem connection is a websocket connection using URL

I don't think that's related, are you battling to connect to anything? NAT type is usually at router level.

Openserve still very weird for me as well. Not allowing Teamviewer or internet banking connections. Basic browsing is fine.
