They or RD won't work? The logic seems to point at RD not working :)
RD doesn't work, throughput flat lines at 2mb, no matter what ISP I choose, no matter what package I choose, even using premium VPN service.
Speedtest's are all normal, 10-12mb to London, latency normal, mtr normal, mtu settings tried: 1480, 1492, 1400.

If I swop over to Iphone hotspot Vodacom 3G the same links, throughput starts at 10mb, fills buffer, then peaks at 10-20mb while filling, ie: NORMAL behaviour.

I see that sort of behavior on Cool Ideas when it's working, which, to be fair, is 95% of the time.. I prefer to download and hoard though.

Real-debrid, seedbox. The devil as far as anti piracy advocates are concerned..

They definitely not for piracy or privacy :) Their policy does nothing to protect users who pirate with their service. To be fair, its like the majority of the other cloud host "smoke and mirror" services.

Good to know, will still use them as I can then download my torrent at line speed.

Which ISP are you using that doesn't allow to torrent at max line speed? There is no issue torrents & CISP as far as I know.

Any, try download a new latest release 1 day old torrent where there is a poor seed/peer ratio and see if you get linespeed.

Torrents, for me, have always been hit and miss. CISP not particularly good for me and torrents. Actually fairly poor!

But with RD you can convert any torrent to Http and download that at max line speed.
Yeah, Vuma aerial, Norwood area. Vuma are quite s h it, they the new Telkom when it comes to customer service, competence etc

Torrents suck. Hate the touch and go nature of them. Http is the way to go or premium file sharing account.

Because the "problem" is with the torrent, not the ISP.

You will give up fibre because of some unknown Torrent & Cloud -> HTTP downloader has bad download speed? Haha, you RD guys are funny. If I was Paul, I'd mark it as a non-issue/joke and rather focus on SACS & HE routing.

I’m glad I don’t pay you R1500 a month for any service.

Some of the time, sure. But it's no secret that some ISP's frown upon the use of torrents and actively degrade or de-prioritize traffic directed at torrenting.

Agree, but I wouldn't expect that from CI, esp on fiber, I mean I thought the problem was IPC costs?

Now that I've run a network cable to my router - I see I get almost full speed locally, and 50% speed or less on various international servers?

Anyone having issues with Teamviewer? Was working fine till about an hour ago. Now can't log into my account... Same symptoms on Windows 10, iOS (ipad) and Android (OP6 smartphone).

EDIT: I think this is a Teamviewer issue..

My entire international link has gone down. This seems to happen quite frequently, a couple of times a day?
