Mtn LTE usb tethering via my smartphone! Same file, same source!! Stable and consistent, max attainable line speed... Ridiculous that an LTE product should perform more consistently than a fibre, hard wired product. I just don't get it...?!!
Even running a single file download runs at max attainable speed vs around 20%-60% on fibre... ridiculous!!

Installation by Octotel tomorrow and I've asked CISP to postpone activation until month end :D
Hopefully I can get my Telkom LTE crap cancelled by then

Yeap we are busy with the loss on your line with Vumatel, this kind of thing unfortunately takes some time.

@PBCool, the last few nights my connection to Brazil went back to how it use to be before the SABR line. 350+ms ping in all games. it starts off at 160 like normal but only for about 10 seconds then it goes up to 350 and stays there. Tested in Fortnite and League of Legends.

Vuma in my area are almost finished (street finished being dug and wall box is up), BUT if RD is still useless like every single ISP under the sun I've tried on my 20mb ADSL line, then I'm just going to upgrade my Rain LTE package and forgo fiber.

You will give up fibre because of some unknown Torrent & Cloud -> HTTP downloader has bad download speed? Haha, you RD guys are funny. If I was Paul, I'd mark it as a non-issue/joke and rather focus on SACS & HE routing.

If the one thing you use the internet for only works on 3G then I have to spend my money there, not a choice really.

If that's the case, wouldn't CISP be out of scope? Why not just get a 50-100GB capped account at fraction of the price at mweb or afrihost?
