Hi @PBCool ,

Our fibre service has been down for almost 5 days now. There has been no feedback on a resolution/ETA of a resolution. Please can you have a look - COOL-20181031-167206

Thanks
"This was restored on the 31st and then went down again on the 2nd" So we are following up, I believe Pete should have called you already.

Well this is why I am doing some tests from other networks, it's possible the LTE provider is using application acceleration for instance.

Have no idea what that is. Just tell me you’ll be able to fix this :(

Hi @PBCool - Does this look right to you for a 100Mpbs link ? The results are almost identical on Wifi and Ethernet. Ethernet only marginally better.

The attached is via Wifi - which is my main method of connection from my laptop.

Yes he has contacted us and will send someone through tomorrow to have a look. Thanks!

Still can’t stream a 1gb RD file. Pathetic!
Unfortunately it's not just a switch we flick in these scenarios. So please be patient whilst we continue to investigate why.

Just want to report back. Twitch streaming is working great today.

No idea what happened yesterday.

Anyone else been getting loss in csgo for a few weeks now?

Having the opposite. Twitch buffering a lot for me.

Haven't had an issue since using alternative player for switch except for the last couple of weeks where it has been a bit hit or miss even with 3 threads. Could easily be on twitch's side though.

Thanks for testing image. I am thinking that the issue is probably with openserve.

Im not sure how openserve local access points are configured, do they actually use private ips such as these or is this still your local router gateway ? Whatever the case, these should definitely not be giving you any loss from the get go so I suspect the issue starts here.

Im on Openserve and in my case the first two hops never returns anything either...

I sent an application via the CISP site.

Received an email not long after asking for my ID number to proceed with the application.
Decided to take some time to think about it and then 2 days later, receive an email confirming the order, stating that I would be contacted by Octotel for installation and that my router will be delivered after that (Opted for self-install with my own router) very dodgy...

Also, why is pricing on the CISP site and Octotel site different?

Loss in game seems to be worse at peak times. Anyone else seeing anything similar. I'm on openserve.

192.168.10.1 -- This is a private network address, I assume it is your router? If it is your router, then you have packet loss on your local network. Try do a ping test from the actual router, some of them have the functionality.

Your ID number is required for RICA, do you have an example of the different pricing for me?
