Tested again a couple of minutes ago. Watching twitch without VPN it's buffer nation at 1080p, 720p. Buffer ever 3-5 sections. Using Nordvpn connect to SA no problem watching VOD at 1080p. All this is done via ethernet cable.

Interesting that you can stream a VOD at 1080p using a VPN but not without it :crying:

Mmmmmm.... jaaaaa.....

Let's hope they will fix it today. Destiny 2 is downloading at an amazing speed of 400 KB/s

Sounds like shaping to me... But I don't know, PBCool says they don't shape or throttle... So...
All ISP's shape, and they all spin whopping lies about it. The VPN test is all the proof you need.
Some shape / throttle more than others
Some do it so that its not noticeable but are more expensive

Real debrid has been working great for a few days. No buffering on HD audio files. Last night browsing and downloading was a hit and miss. Let's see tonight. Very happy with RD, that's mostly what I care about at the moment. Very rarely download.

After CISP sorted out their international problem I had 0 issues with twitch. I tried multiple channels too, IEM, Giantwaffle, Quickybaby, Skill4ltu, SherrifELI, Shroud. All source, no buffering. I will test again tonight though. Holding thumbs it stays like this.

I've also had major issues with downloading destiny in the past too. 3mb is the usual but I've become pretty suspect of the battlenet launcher. I've tested and destiny will be slow as hell but if I change over to download diablo 3 or Heros of the Storm it flies. It could be something with how bungie compress their files vs how blizzard do it. I've also had issues where the battlenet launcher will just consume 90-95% of my 7700k CPU for just no reason to the point where I thought it was bitcoin mining my pc. A quick google search told me I'm not alone in that issue so I have no idea whats going on with battlenet.

That's great to hear. Will switch back to my CISP account once I'm home and fire up Twitch as well and see if I can get 1080p without any buffering as well.

Same here! I only care about RD as well lol. It’s been much better, I was able to stream a 20gb 4K movie without buffering last night. I hope it continues like this and maybe even get better.

Im not familiar with Twitch. Can I integrate RD and Trakt?Does it have ads?

Twitch is a streaming platform aimed at gamers. Gamers stream themselves playing games while their viewers watch, comment and subscribe to them. Usually its someone with a personality trying to make playing games funny and fun. Its a pretty odd concept to wrap your head around until you've experienced it yourself so here's a link:

https://www.twitch.tv/

I personally got over TV shows a while ago so I seldom ever stream (except for twitch), torrent, download etc. I'd never even heard of RD until it was mentioned here a couple of weeks ago.

Could well be that you have a better route to the VPN server than you do to the source ...

This is an example of the issues I have had with twitch on CI since I joined.
Watching any stream no matter the quality setting ends up with these dips which leads to buffering and the stream delay getting larger.

Is anyone else experiencing dropping, not sure if my router is faulty?
