You lucky, almost a month since I logged a ticket and absolutely nothing has changed on my line re packet loss!!

We are making some progress, unfortunately the usual response applies that levels are fine etc. But have escalated and AEx and Vumatel are trying to investigate further. A trace to lnms.cisp.co.za and iperf.cisp.co.za same servers. For some reason Vumatel think it's routing related.Just got this from support... What trace routes am I required to run?!! @PBCool
