Seeing a whole lot of pretty useless speed tests, not much of any official response.

No idea, it hasn’t always been this way at all, but if my line stays exactly as it has been for the last week, I’ll never complain about it again.
You lucky, almost a month since I logged a ticket and absolutely nothing has changed on my line re packet loss!!

For those complaint do a Speedtest on this site and post it please

http://speedtest.googlefiber.net/

The test should route to Atlanta

Can't say I'm really complaining as all of my streaming is always perfect. Last night I had a 4K Netflix stream, 2x 1080 YouTube streams and a 1080p Twitch stream going without any issues.

For some reason my SpeedTest downloads are just slow, single threaded in general...

100/100 on Frogfoot. My poor performance to Europe seems to be last mile related as I don't experience the same to the US.

Yeah I’m pretty sick of doing tests that don’t tell me anything. An isp can just prioritize speed test and everything can look fine. I haven’t had any feedback to my cisp ticket or any feedback to the iperf test that I sent pbcool a week ago however as long as the things I use work then I don’t even run tests. Rd is working great as of last night( who knows about tonight) , PS4 playing great, browsing is fine . I’ll start moaning again if it stops working again. It’s been fine for a week.

Openserve 100/50 line:

Iperf3 test (doesn't look good, perhaps just a windows error or windows OS related):

Can stream Twitch in 1080p right now without any issues. But come 19:30 / 20:00 chances are good it will be completely unwatchable in 1080p. Will report back. If it happens again tonight, then it's time I log a ticket and see if something can be done.

We are making some progress, unfortunately the usual response applies that levels are fine etc. But have escalated and AEx and Vumatel are trying to investigate further. I suspect an ONT replacement is next.

iperf Done.

so far everyone speeds to the USA for the google fibre seem to be rather good. Just see what they show tonight. Im seeing similar if not better upload to most.

A trace to lnms.cisp.co.za and iperf.cisp.co.za same servers. For some reason Vumatel think it's routing related.
Done and sent. They look perfectly normal to me.... @PBCool
