I also struggle to get 50% of my line speed.... #COOL-20190106-196086
 
With you on this... I'm hoping that it's just some reconfiguration that needs to happen.
 
Looks like it could be related to Angola Cables transit, have revoked some announcements. Please let me know if anything changes.
 
@PBCool in my case it is not only international speeds... I only get 50% line speed to all local servers on speedtest.net

Is anyone going to help me with my international upload speed. You told me that you will take a look at this. I have done tests after tests, query after query, and not one person is taking ownership of this fault. It gets passed from person to person, email to email. When is this going to be fixed? I understand people are busy, but how many more emails from different people am I going to get?

Yeap please leave it with me, this is going to take some time with the fibre provider who are all only really back from the festive period from today or even next week.
 
Just as a note all 4/1Mbps Vumatel customers should be upgraded to 10/2Mbps. If you are on aerial you will need to drop and reconnect your session.

Which router are you using? As this is often an MTU thing.
 
@PBCool were there not talks on new packages becoming available in 2019? :laugh:

I cant fault my 10/10 line but now i need moaaaaaaar speed.
 
@PBCool I'm still waiting for a response to ticket #COOL-20190103-194897. Do you maybe know if somebody is investigating my international speeds issue?

Wouldn't know off hand but the mux stuff sounds like an ADSL thing, try either?
