@PBCool Not a complaint, but a question. Are you guys integrating with South Atlantic Cable System (Sacs)? If you are, just wondering what this would mean in regards to latency if I wanted to game on servers in South America.
Its been up and running for a while now. . . .although they have not fully "migrated" to it just yet, they are waiting for a DC to be built in FTL

No international streaming at all, speedtest to london server 3.5 down, 2.5 up on a 100/25 line. Octotel. Will this ever get resolve? What do we as South Africans have to do that we get value for the money we pay for? R1009 per month and internet unusable unless you watch Youtube or Netflix. That makes me wonder.

I have logged many calls, many emails, many discussions. I really do not know what to do anymore. There is something wrong at your side, I test over wifi.
Had those kind of speeds last in 06/2017

I am seeing what is happening here... the holidaymakers are back and now streaming Octotel's network into the ground. Either that or Octotel is throttling. I am also affected, suddenly today, see my dismal results. And the line has not dropped or been rebooted since the holidays...No international streaming at all, speedtest to london server 3.5 down, 2.5 up on a 100/25 line. Octotel.
